Fix filename cases to allow crosscompiling from linux to windows

      Some includes and libs have missmatching case to ones provided by mingw. Those needs to be fixed to allow crosscompiling work.

      Attached patch fixes issues at least for me. The changes is under public domain. If it looks useful anyone can claim it.
