Mouse move should scroll text edit on touch devices

    Description

      The text edit items/widgets should behave like flick views by default on mobile devices with touch screens. Currently, trying to scroll with one finger will select the text, which does not give a native feel.

      We need a styleHint/platformTheme to determine whether mouse move should select text or scroll.

      This also applies to similar widgets like the model views.
