Make SplitView relayout whenever a new child is added dynamically

Make SplitView relayout whenever a new child is added dynamically. In the attached example, a new child is added but this is not visible at all and it should be part of the SplitView. If the SplitView was a ColumnLayout instead then it would show up fine.
