Description
I have installed Qt5.2 from official site
Then tried to run QtCreator and it said me this
/home/Void/devel/Qt5.2.0/Tools/QtCreator/lib/qtcreator/plugins/QtProject/libHelp.so: Cannot load library /home/Void/devel/Qt5.2.0/Tools/QtCreator/lib/qtcreator/plugins/QtProject/libHelp.so: (libudev.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)
And this is not surprising:

There is no libudev0 in kubuntu 13.10:
$ aptitude search libudev i libudev-dev - libudev development files p libudev-dev:i386 - libudev development files i libudev1 - libudev shared library p libudev1:i386 - libudev shared library
Of course ln -s libudev.so.1 libudev.so.0 workarounds the problem but this is just workaround...
