lupdate should support id-based for .ui files

    Description

      Currently lupdate for .ui files only creates non-id based TS file entries.
      Unfortunately lrelease cannot handle mixed (id based) TS files.
      So either fix lrelease to support both message formats or add the generation of an id to lupdate.
