    Description

      Case:
ApplicationWindow that starts out with visibility = Window.Maximized.
In response to a button press, the visibility gets set to Window.FullScreen.
This works on most MS Windows machines.

On mac (10.8.5), setting visibility to FullScreen resizes the window to small and does nothing further. Window decoration remains and the window never goes into fullscreen mode.

On certain all in one systems (Asus ET1600 series), setting the visibility to FullScreen first resizes the window small (about 300x300 pixels) then shows fullscreen but the UI is frozen (application still running). Switching back and forth to the application will unfreeze the UI.
