Editing QCH file

Hi,
I am new to Qt world. I am working in an important telecom project and I am using Qt plugin for one of the application I am working. I saw an help.qch file for my application and I am in need to edit certain information on the help file. As I browsed through net I came to know about qhelpgenerator and other things which I am not fully aware yet. Now my point is whether there is any tool that I can use to directly edit the *.qch file and vice versa.
