Get rid of necessitas default path from build scripts

While it was convenient to have this as a default in the case of Necessitas SDK, this will no longer be the main distribution of Qt and we need to be more general in the build scripts. Instead of having a default, we should spit out an error if the correct NDK and SDK paths are not set.
