Mac QLocale should pick up user's preferred language without reboot

    Description

      When running a localized native application on Mac, almost all of them will pick up the user's preferred language, even immediately after it is changed via the International settings, without requiring a new session or reboot.

      Qt applications do not do this.

      Instead to change the Language in Qt applications the region needs to be changed. It would be nice if localization of Qt programs matched native applications.
