Move QtQuick2 to a separate library

QtQuick2 (including SceneGraph) should be moved to its own library, like QtQuick1, that is imported via a plugin.

Only the QML/JS core and C++ integration should remain in QtDeclarative. This makes it possible to run "headless" (non-graphical) QML/JS without dragging in dependencies on the graphical parts.
