sqlite headers out of date

Qt Sqlite headers are very out of date. They have the date 2009-10-14 and version 3.6.18, so almost 2 years old. Current SQL version is atleast 3.7.4.

To add to the problem, Qt defaults to it's own headers resulting in queries failing arbitrarily. Is there a reason why we don't default to system sqlite?

All FTS3 queries fail consistently with Qt's sqlite headers.
