Networked QML application crashes when Symbian device goes to Offline mode

Open attached example main.qml with qmlviewer on Symbian. Make successful XMLHttpRequest by clicking on the button on the top. Now press Symbian power key to open power menu and active Offline profile that disconnects any active network data connection. All networked QML application, including the example, crashes. Related to bug QTBUG-17245, which talks about recovering disconnected connection.
