Combo box doesn't fully paint its associated pop up window when editable

The combo box doesn't fully paint its associated pop up window when editable.
Instead of flushing the QComboBoxPrivateContainer, we flush the viewport or the scrollbar area.

If the combo box is not editable, everything is fine.
