Regression bug with draw artifacts in OpenVg

There is a regression bug when Rectangle QML object is being drown been at least from TM 9.2 wk46 release(QtIDO Week 45, Git commit 5a5059530fb98e5eb6d8bd2c3caf6f11bad8d704). The image shot.png with problem is attached.There are black border around menu item.
Also there is test project to reproduce the problem.
steps:
1. Flash TM wk46 release
2. Install qml viewer
3. Copy attached qml files to device
4. Run qmlviewer and open MenuTest.qml

This error also is reproduced with emulator.
When raster engine is uses all was ok. Also I replaced OpenVg module from wk39 release and recompile the Qt. The error was not reproduced.
