I18n: lrelease/lupdate, help tools: Command line help unsuitable for translations

dea941e773e297cab3a62391d21e4e1acdd93bb3 makes command line help translateable as a formatted ASCII-string.
However, it is nearly impossible to format the translation in Linguist, so, it should be split up in some standardized way.

In addition, some copyright texts were wrapped in tr(), which should be undone.
