Remove the depreacted sync.profile files from Qt repositories

    Description

      sync.profile files are not used by build procedure anymore. syncqt takes all the necessary information from the CMake source tree and doesn't require extra source of information regarding the modules. This allows to remove the sync.profile files and the syncqt.pl script.
