uBug: Can not move the cursor to beginning of the text in TextField/TextInput if input is RTL and cursor is at end

Hi!

How to reproduce

1. Create a `TextInput` of `TextField`
2. Run app
3. Enter RTL text like Arabic or Persian
4. While the cursor is still at end of the text, try to move it to beginning of the text by pressing `cmd+left` or maybe `cmd+right`

What I expected

The cursor must be moved to the beginning of the text as normal.

What actually happened

The cursor remains at end of the text
