Assistant starting with inappropriately small window

      1. Delete or rename C:\Users\rober\AppData\Local\QtProject\Assistant so Assistant will start without older settings.
      2. Start Assistant.
        It starts with a small window which covers only about one sixth of the screen and can't even show its contents properly:
