ScrollView\Flickable does not work properly with Logi MX Master 3 MagSpeed wheel.

The Example Project is named Coffee, with a Flickable sidebar. When using a regular mouse to scroll the wheel, the sidebar can be scrolled normally. However, when using the MX Master 3's MagSpeed wheel's quick scrolling feature, there may be situations where it cannot be scrolled and cannot be restored until restart the application.
