Description
Add a QML Ray type with origin, direction, and plane intersection. Then add:
Ray rayCast(float x, float y)
to View3D.
My use case is for ray casting for purposes other than object picking. I could add invisible objects to the scene and use object picking, but that seems rather overkill.
