Manual tests try to use the auto test runner instead of wasm shell

      For manual tests, qt-cmake-standalone-test will produce a target which attempts to use the auto test runner (batchedtestrunner) instead of the usual wasm_shell.html. This does not make sense for manual tests which are supposed to display their own UI.
