Create 'description' http-header for documentaton pages

We should consider generating a 'description' header to the generated HTML page. This should help both with SEO, and showing more meaningful content in the search preview:

For C++ classes pages, this information could be taken from the \brief description header.

We can also consider extending the \brief header for normal \page's.
