Build qtsvg and qtquick3d with `-Werror` in CI

      Submodules `qtsvg` and `qtquick3d` fail to build with `-Werror`.
      We should fix those submodules and make sure to build all code with '-Werror` in CI.

      Tested locally with clang-16 on Ubuntu 22.04.
