Support adding text into beginning of exported component

Qt CI and probably some other users also require that files contain a copyright header. QML effect components exported from QQEM obviously don't have these, so they need to be added manually when needed. Consider adding ability to write freeform text which is saved into QQEM project and exported into the QML file. UI could be in Project Settings dialog?
