[Camera] View from Qt QML camera become black when lock and unlock the screen

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any project with Qt QML camera, e.g. https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtmultimedia-declarative-camera-example.html
2. Build and run the project for Android 
3. Lock the screen and unlock it. 

Expected: The camera should be initialized and still serving the video.

Actual: Black screen appears.
