Flashing wizard shows too many options for sd-card/USB for B2Qt macOS docker

      When opening the B2Qt flashing wizard for macOS docker it shows too many options to choose from. See the screenshots attached.

      There is qt-installer also listed if it's mounted to /Volumes. One needs to select the mounted SD card from the list (which in this case was the 9. item)
