Provide scripts for modifying Qt receipes for board vendors

We would like to help board vendors to support qt6 in their BSP layers. One way in our toolbox is to offer the ability to support both Qt5 and Qt6 at the same time on a board for development purposes. While this capability is not coming to Qt6 out of the box due to backwards compatibility issue with key customers, we can have a script that offers this capability to individual projects.
