List new C++ enum values in \sincelist

      New enum values (marked with [since x.y] ) should show up in the 'New Classes and Functions' documentation generated with \sincelist.

      Example

      Flag::NoPortabilityDrivers in QVulkanInstance class documentation was marked as new in Qt 6.5 with

          \value [since 6.5] NoPortabilityDrivers Disables enumerating physical devices marked as Vulkan Portability.

      Anyhow, it does not show up in New Classes and Functions in Qt 6.5 overview documentation.
