QML_ATTACHED in QQuickAttachedPropertyPropagator

      If the class that inherits QQuickAttachedPropertyPropagator is inside a namespace, QML_ATTACHED need to have fully qualified name as well.

      Maybe documentation could mention it somehow, or maybe there could be a way to make QML_ATTACHED not even needed in this case.
