geoflickr example not working

The geoflickr example demonstrates how to use the user's position to fetch local content from a web service.

The web service flickr is used in the example to show pictures in the vicinity of the user. However, most requests to the flickr API return error 403 and no or very few pictures are shown.

I expect that some changes to the API took place over the last few years. Notably, there are other, more compact examples to demonstrate fetching of the user's position, e.g. Places and Places List.
