Unicode BIDI text (Hebrew + Phone Number) seems wrong

Unicode BIDI text (Hebrew + Phone Number) is rendered wrong in Qt TextEdit. Reproduced
both with QtWidgets and QtQuick, with the current dev as well.

Quick sample:

Actual result - wrong:

Pay attention that Phone Number is on separate text line
