Moving application to other window results in unexpected zoom

When moving an application from one screen to another in a multiscreen setup, the height and width of a visible element seems to double while the allotted visible space is not changed resulting in only being able to see the upper left quadrant of the element.

Customer is able to reproduce the issue reliably while support was unable to reproduce.
