Consider using open-meteo provider for weatherinfo app

Even after closing QTBUG-60467, the weatherinfo example sometimes struggles because of too many requests to the weather services.

I recently bumped into https://open-meteo.com/en which claims to be an open-source and free to use weather provider.

We might want to add it to the list of supported providers.
