Virtual Keyboard Issue

We are using given QT version:
Qt Version:5.13.1
Keyboard version: QtQuick.VirtualKeyboard 2.2

Issue - 1: whenever we press a key on my virtual keyboard in my application the key is pressed twice "sometimes".
[Error Path]
A1: Perform a phone call
A2: End phone call
A3: Search for contact
[Observed Behavior]
O1: Phone call is performed (OK)
O2: Phone call is ended (OK)
O3: When touching a key on the keyboard, 2 letters are displayed (NOK)
[Expected Behavior]
E3: Only one letter should be displayed

Issue - 2: Whenever we press the numpad key, the keyboard changes to numpad and jumps back to the previous layout.
[Action and Observed Behavior]

• A1: Enter radio search and click to toggle the numeric keypad key-----> After the numeric keyboard flashes, it jumps back to the Chinese keyboard
  [Expected Behavior]
• E3: When the switch to the numeric keyboard button is clicked, the Chinese keyboard is switched to the numeric keyboard.
  [Occurrence]
• Twice (2/5)
