MSVC2022: QtQml.dll always crash when LTCG is enabled

I built the latest Qt code from the dev branch in GitHub Actions, and by default it's using MSVC 2022 as the compiler. I'm using the same configure params with official Qt package (copied from Qt wiki), the only difference is I also enabled LTCG and don't build the debug version of Qt. And when I use this Qt kit to build Qt Quick applications, they will always crash even before any window show up. The call stack shows the crash come from QtQml.dll, crash type is trying to access invalid momery address. However, qtbase dlls work fine. Maybe it's a MSVC2022 bug?
