[6.4.1] Cannot build Qmake projects

      It looks that target_qt.conf  in android folder is wrong with following entry: HostLibraryExecutables=./libexec
      .rcc file is stored in /bin catalog - not in /libexec

      It is not possible to build Qmake examples for VehicleProperties, VehiclePropertiesBrowser, Applister, DriverDistraction, Notification Listener

      Follwing error is shown:
