      Definition of Done:

      • all methods responsible for modifying headers (addHeader/s, setHeader/s, clearHeader/s) are removed
      • Add QHttServerResponse& withHeaders(QHttpHeaders) method to pass headers to Reponse object
      • Tests are updated to use new way or adding HTTP Headers to QHttpServerResponse
      • Examples are updated
      • Documentation is updated
