tst_qtgraphicaleffects::dropShadow() fails on webOS

This happens because webOS uses old version of qtgraphicaleffects (the one which existed before removing it from meta-qt6 yocto layer) and webOS seems to have patched that to use a different kind of drop shadow by default.
