What is the benefit? Why is this valuable?
A number of enhancements to the current base have been identified:
-Docker registry to provide the toolchain container from there, also to sync with CI cloud
-Command line usage of embedded toolchains
-QBSP receipes for container-based toolchains so that user can choose between containerised and local approach
-Filtering in installer backend based on architecture

This work would come on top of the base functionality done in the embedded containerised toolchain
