Add a example which uses static libs and plugins

Certain platforms (e.g. QtForWebassembly right now) need a static build.

For a static build some additional steps are needed. Those should be documented in the example.

The example can also serve as a demo to showcase a QtInterfaceframework based UI running in a browser, which talks to a native running simulation server.
