Missing UI when disable 3d accelerator or update graphics console

There are two issues in this case but i believe them all result from a trouble relative to disable 3D accelerator because the UI of both case is same. There is a way to work around the issue is using Qt Quick 2D Renderer applications instead by export  QMLSCENE_DEVICE=softwarecontext to env, but it result in some other bugs on UI and we can not export this for all machine.
