Wayland compositor with QT_QPA_EGLFS_ROTATION shows window out of alignment

Running a QtWayland based compositor (e.g. minimal-cpp) with eglfs and when QT_QPA_EGLFS_ROTATION=90 is set, the compositor doens't show its window fully in the screen.

The window in the compositor seems to be rotated by itself. If I use a mouse, its cursor moves only in the 3/5 of its screen.

The screenshot attached is minimal-cpp running on stm32mp157-dk2 and a minimal qml app running with qmlscene --fullscreen.
