QT-Wayland: Tool tips text is not coming over icon

      Qt Version : 5.11.3

      OS : Linux Ubuntu 18.04 (Weston/Wayland Display)

      Issue : In QT application - I have developed QT application on Linux/Wayland using GStreamer.

      I have one QMainWindow in that Icons are placed in Menu-Bar.  If we hover mouse over icon then tips text coming every-time different place of screen of QMainWindow. It's not coming exactly on top of Icon.
