Add QT_TYPESAFE_FLAGS to headerclean and fix fallout

      At the least, our headers (public ones, at the very least) should be compatible with QT_TYPESAFE_FLAGS. So we should add it to headersclean to not have to do shotgun surgery whenever a new piece of code uses the new macro.
