Slide and timeline panel datainput status updates cause excessive debug output

Slide and timeline panels need to re-read datainput control status from property system after objects in timeline or their selection state changes in order to show updated icon and tooltip.

It is not necessary to output a get operation to debug output each time. Additionally it should be checked that get operations are not done needlessly.
