Clicking file/connect (F9) when in connected state should disconnect instead of showing ip entry dialog

The menu option should also change to "Disconnect" when connected. Remove checkmark from menu while connected as that is redundant.

Also, the disconnected screen should revert to connection info screen after five seconds.
