Add support for controlling stereoscopic convergence distance

      Currently in ogl-runtime stereoscopic modes, the left & right eye cameras point straight forward into the same direction. This means that the convergence point is in infinity. In some cases the eyes should be converging on some focal point to achieve the desired effect. So make the eyes rotation / convergence point adjustable with an API.
