Scroll from mouse does not work if slide is too big

      If slide is too big to see eg. 1024x1024, scrolling from mouse does not work if mouse is placed at middle of the screen. Scrolling from mouse only works if mouse is at scroll bar. 

      1. Create new
      2. Go to Edit -> Studio Preferences
      3. Set Width X Height to 1024x1024
      4. Click Ok
      5. Try to scroll from middle of the screen -> Doesn't work

      Not sure if this bug but in my opinion it is very annoying.
