Description
Use the tagging mechanism to tag sub presentations that can be loaded lazily once rendering has started for first frames. This user story includes defining the UX and implementing the required UI changes to the editor.
By default all sub presentations are loaded during startup before rendering is started. Only sub presentations that have a specific "lazy load" tag will be loaded after rendering has started.
