simpleqml example in ogl-runtime examples is not working

      There are several problems with it. The presentation is not opened when using the move to another window  button. The toggle profileUI doesn't work. Reload doesn't work. Goto next slide via SceneElement doesn't work. Toggle camera doesn't work.
